From Day One when Mr. Downs went on my roof to look at the major issue - exposed area that was opened to the decking, he put a tarp on the area to protect from any additional bad weather. He issued computer reports to me and my insurance claims office. He made additional visits to adjust tarp and meet with inspectors. His team did a great repair job. I would recommend him and company to family and friends.
They were amazing very professional, came out did my inspection/ estimate within a day of me calling them to come out. Then when the insurance approved my claim they came out to replace my roof. I am very pleased with the their services.
Got a new roof 4/14/25 and we are so glad we went with Roofit. It was a long process due to our insurance and mortgage company being difficult. However, our representative, Bailey, was amazing. He guided us through each step of the way, dealt with the insurance company multiple times, and stayed with us each step of the way. The roof itself looks amazing, and after checking with multiple sources, we believe we not only got great customer service but a great product for our home. We highly recommend.
Roofit was a pleasure to work with. They handled everything, clearly explained the full process, were always communicative, dealt well with our home insurance company and even caught some measurements the adjuster missed and had left out of our estimate. Full new roof in less than a day and even came by a few days later to make sure we were happy. They made a stressful situation go down easy. Roof looks great. We can't recommend them enough.
I like the personal attention this company gives while upgrading the roof. We were upgraded from three tab to level 3 architectural shingles which will lower our insurance premium. Looks like we have a whole new home. Thank you Roofit!
Roofit did an amazing job on our roof. They also replaced our roof turbines and painted them to blend in. They were meticulously clean and even came back the following day to make sure everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction. Bailey takes pride in the work they do. 5 star service!
Roofit completed all the repairs from hail damage in a detailed and professional process. Their subcontractors are honest, dependable and respectful. Roofit’s Project Manager was present at the project several times a day and ensured everything stayed on track. I highly recommend Roofit for anyone needing quality roofing work done!
